an occasional gatorade helps to keep muscle cramps at bay.

That, or a potassium tablet can help. A banana if you're really out range of a potassium tab or Gatorade.

Keep hydrated out there in this heat! Your performance level drops off worse than with usually weariness if you don't.

I recently discovered Camelbaks and bought one. I usually fill it full of crushed ice and water. I usually wear it under my hunting vest and it provides icy water all day long, if fact, never have completely drained mine in the field. I can easily recommend this to others. It's a good way to keep hydrated with the mouthpiece just about 6 inches away all day. Wonder if it works in Winter?

"The Camel," as we sometimes call them, come in real handy! I have one of the models that has a pocket on the back, which allows me to carry extra relic containers.

I don't recommend freezing your Camel overnight. I've had two bags burst on me over time. Not from the expanding water, mind. I believe it's due to the freezing and thawing, freezing and thawing. The seams on the bag itself split.

But fill your Camel with ice and water, toss it on top of your cooler for the ride to your site? You're in decent shape.
