DS: Hi Mr. Saad! Thanks for taking the time to answer a few questions about the very unique F5! There is a lot of interest in the metal detecting hobby about this unusual detector
 
Basically how they do it is a trade secret to keep ahead of the competition...Would imagine thru trial and error would be the best way to learn as unfortunately naturally ground differs all over the U.S. and individual operator must adjust for his or her ground. Basically using both individually would equate to better depth and stable unit I would think...
As far as platforms and innards don't get involved but certainly a plus as a properly working F70 provides a lot of bang for the bucks...Just my interpetation and perhaps more learned individuals can give their thoughts..
