The dates on the original posts are nearly two years old and the last one was 5 months ago. It may be a long time before we see one, if ever.
 
I notice the comment about the standard sov meter reduced depth (1-2inches). I always wondered if the meter did this...

Do you think this is true of the Sunray meters?
 
No interest here but if people will pay 700 bucks for a Sovereign coil, they will buy anything. I am interested in one of the old graph meters though.

I am posting a link to a Russian Design group which has been/should be translated by Babelfish. This meter does look interesting and if I understand correctly has its own internal battery power which should not affect V-Box 2 the coils power and possibly the depth.

IF I could get the printed circuit board, programing and all the components I would make this thing just for grins.
 
Well, I guess I'm set in my ways. I love my Sunray dti 3 and I'm used to it. It doesn't lie to me very often. I'll keep it. HH-Mark
