An afternoon at the rock

Got to the rock just before a negative tide. Over 200ft of flat wet sand...
Cold and windy!

No glory, but I gathered a good mix from the wet sand.
Everything was about 4" down except the lead was just beneath the surface.
My Pantera would NOT gb in the wet. Maybe it's time to trade it off for a shark.
Used LYF'er up in the dry... found right column. It won't do a thing in the wet!
...and sand dollars are always neat!

THIS guy was having ALL the fun!
trike pulled by a parasail.
He was back and forth for a couple hours/there were very few people on the beach.

All told, it was a great late afternoon at the rock!
(Hope this post comes out ok... can't figure how to put captions in properly.)

Yes, it's Morro Rock.
Many years ago they dynamited chunks off it that fell into a barge.
Used them for local building...

I left the gold and silver for some pirate.:(
