That guy is pretty good. Not sure where "Tool" comes in but they are a hard rock group thats play some bad stuff.
 
They're both very good. I pay no attention to 'Tool' or any other group for that matter & don't listen to them on a regular basis. I merely appreciated the guys talent. Leagge reminds me of the Peter, Paul & Mary days.
