Norm and I arrived around 4:10 at Va Beach. Beginning very few targets, then it picked up a little. Saw no other detectorists, except a guy in dry sand while we were on boardwalk. We left just in time around 8'ish. It began to POUR!! The scoop held up today!! HH yall!
