Am hitting the Gulf shore for three months with ATP & Infinium

Surprisingly the AT Pro with the 5x8 coil is pulling some good coin numbers in. Plus Neptune cheated me with a stainless wedding band. I usually wade and hunt the surf with the Inferno. Use the Pro up in the trashy areas. With the Infinium Pi you can eliminate a lot of digging trash. By the tones. But the iffy signals will keep you busy. Salt water can warp the sound of a lot of metals. I'll tell you this on the beaches I hunt, there are generally far more tent pegs than dimes or quarter's. So after a couple days I break out the At Pro for a break. Not afraid of using it in the surf either. In the past both of these machines scored on gold/silver . Now not very much. Machines didn't change. People have. Switched to smart phones & TAttoos. But I still love it.

Good luck! Man, I am jealous. Gulf shore for three months with a PI. I am getting snowed in up here and the rivers are now frozen.

Little update, on Gulf shore hunting. Month & a half hunting , beach / wading. My two Garretts have located just short of a 1,000 coins. Four stainless rings. The Pro landing 3 of them. Been hip mounting the Infinium, makes it lighter to swing than the Pro. Gold rings have been as rare as gold coins for our group. Guys using Pulse Induction are finding record numbers of steel tent pegs. Couple of us alone probably 2,000 of them. Lots of times coins mixed in so. They gotta go. ATP handling salt & iron quite well. Lotta rain this year.

Those gold rings are out there waiting for you, Dancer. I'm praying the beach I go to tomorrow will yield my first gold of the year.

Three months hunting. Modest 10K dia wedding ring. 14 K pendent 6.6 grams
Unbelievable 1600 coins. Alone over 600 tent pegs. Surprising not many tabs, bottle caps. Large silver ear ring. Hordes of pennies, ninety percent of them worthless from corrosion. Vast majority of my time spent hunting wet sand, wading.
Back home now sitting on a frozen Tundra.
