Aluminum milk jug as a backup scoop

sdesic

New member
I am searching for alternative / backup scoop material for DIY sand scoop.
Closest thing is this 10l - 2 gallon milk jug made from 2mm thick aluminum.
It is long enough and wide up to neck

Is it thick enough for compacted sand... don't know.
Handle will be on back side.

Cash in a few of those Gold's you found of late and buy a backup scoop you Pirate!! LOL.........Good Luck on the new project, show us some pics once done....

If this lake keeps producing I will pay out my 1280 and then I could do something.
