I want to know what machine are you guys all using...I'm still on the fence as what my next detector is going to be...help me out:detecting:

n/t

I started metal detecting in April. I'm looking for ring number 27. The two detectors I've used:
1)White's Beach Hunter ID
2)HeadHunter PI
The HH is awesome and goes deep. It's a battery hog.
The BH ID very good.
If you intend to fresh water hunt I'd go with the Tesoro Tiger Shark.

i have found hundreds of rings with my excalibur and won't use anything else!!! Found another gold yesterday. There are alot of great machines out there, each with pro's and con's. No matter which machine you get, take the time to learn it!!! That is one of the biggest differences in a consistently successful treasure hunter.

and a Classic III for back up.
I do other kinds of hunting and these two machines work great
for both beach and land for me. I even like the bit of noise my
MXT does in the wet sand, it's kind of relaxing when you get
used to it.
