Along the Waterfront..Kind of... Artifact off the USS MAINE

Welcome to Woburn Massachusetts.. In the Center of town, along with Memorials to Our fallen Soldiers, is a Funnel off the USS MAINE. Some of you may not know about the USS MAINE. It suspiciously blew up in Havana Cuba,in 1898 and kind of started the Spanish American War. It was sunk in shallow water, with the Decks just below the surface, with 75% of Her Crew, roughly 250 Men. She sat there as a Tomb until 1911, when She was raised. Artifacts were removed, for Memorials around the U.S. 229 Bodies recovered, and buried in Arlington Cemetery. If you want a great short read about this, got to Wikipedia and punch in USS MAINE (ACR-!)
