Still trying to get used to this empty nest. My little girl moved to Maui and from the pics she has sent me I don't think she will ever come back to Kauai.
I'll try to attach a pic of the view from her lanai.
My son's best friend passed away tuesday. check out his tribute here:Andy's tribute

Have wondered how you have been. Glad to hear from you. In a way you are lucky....there are times we wish our nest would be empty of one young female here but then we would greatly miss our grandson.

We have lost another bird. Down to 9 parrots now. Keep in touch Dennis. Sure have missed ya. God bless you and yours.

Hello Dennis, it is soooo gooood to hear from you again, but sorry about your son's best friend passing away! That video is a beautiful tribute and is your son the one singing? Whoever it is has a nice voice and really like the song! Sorry, you still miss your daughter but you will get used to it sooner or later, as our younguns do leave home and mine have been gone for years and years, as I am a great-grandmother several times over with the youngest one-year and the oldest now 14 years and who knows when I will be a great-great- grandmother but, hopefully, not for a long while as yet! :) I pray all are well your way and what a beautiful land you are blessed to live within! Never been to Hawaii and probably never will be but certainly has breath-taking beauty! Hope your nieces in California and sister are doing okay! May God Bless! Amen! Ma Betty
