The spot I've been hunting keeps giving today I just finished an 1.5 hour hunt and I had a great morning!!!
First popped three mercs 1945 1935 1942 and a war nickle 1942s.
Then the best find a 1951 class ring no name on it I believe it's 14k..
Some advice I slowed way down and dug very faint tones that sounded good it paid off!
I love this hobby!

Thanks I'm very happy with this morning hunt!

Thanks I just got a brand new GoPro so I'll be filming soon my hunts! Stay tuned

so i notice again that you are using the DEUS
i know you got it primarily for the weight//tennis elbow thing
but in direct comparison, which do you like better??
in terms of stability...depth....ease of use...return in the field??
the ETRAC or the DEUS??
i have seen a bunch of commentary on the DEUS saying it is a very quirky chatty machine
i am curious as to your thoughts MKUS because you have used them side by side in the last several months in conditions similar to those i hunt in........THANKS!!!
any//all gut feelings and detail you can give me is appreciated as i am thinking on getting a DEUS to add to my Etrac

Congrats, nice hunt

Im really liking the Deus only place it's a little noisy is in a field I've done very well in with it has train tracks next to it
With the overhead wires.
I took the Etrac there the other day with the small 7" Minelab coil found one quarter! I think In that spot I like the Deus it all depends on the ground
The old 1820's house I hunted the Deus went off like crazy lots of iron so I will take the Etrac there next time but for the most part I always start out
Using my Deus it's a great machine I really like it and with the Etrac I use that machine now on the beach way better in wet saltwater sand and it goes
From dry to wet sand without GB the machine ...
It did not take me long to learn the Deus and if you slow down and listen for those faint high tones you will find deep silver last Monday I slowed way
Down in this big field I've been hunting and had four silvers real faint high tones dug them all then the gold class ring in about 2 hours that Deus was worth it!!!
Don't know where you live im in Ct ..
