I was bored and was curious just how much I dug up so far this year from Jan-july, I was surprised when I laid it all out, here it is! pile in back is all modern coins, pile in middle is all wheat pennies, coins in cardboard flips are silver, indians, buffalo and V nickels, and tokens
Man that is a LOT of dug holes!!! :surprised:

Good lord that is a metal recycling dream. Now for the big question................How many items are laying on the table? You the man!

Congrats on the makings of a great year. Good to see someone else who tracks their finds. I don't put mine into individual holders until winter sets in. During the year, I place all the "finds for the day" in a zip lock bag and mark it with the date, detector used, coil used and site they were recovered. When the season comes to a close, I put each of the "good coins" in a separate holder and record it's recovery history. I know that may sound trivial to some. But it has proven to me that sites can still produce some nice finds after you think they've been hunted out. It also makes me pause to consider how my technique may have changed in order to have made those recoveries. Again, congrats on the finds you've made so far, and for sharing your hunts with us. HH Randy

I hope your 2nd half of the year is a rewarding as your first half...WTG
