I have not read much on all metal. It that not the deepest way to detect? Now on the coinstrike you can get one tone and number ID. Has anyone tried this and if so does it do any better? As long as your numbers are there that should be a big help. Any input and any programs you used on Threshold and sensativity?

Hi,
yes I use All Metal mode almost all the time as long as it's not in trash. That way you can see the center of each target and get the most accurate reading. It will go deeper this way.

I use it quite a bit at the beach, but I didn't really notice any real depth increase to speak of, not that there wasn't any, I just didn't notice it.
The average stuff that I dig is around 8 or 9"
