Yeah, Eeeeee, like our little Silverslinger. Man, I knew I was due, but a career best ! Just outside a little league fence. Four inches deep in watery mud. Swinging an AT Pro. Numbers came in 49-50. 53 on the surface. 14k. Wife snagged it for, got to get it appraised.

I concur with Elton. W O W!!!!!! Congratulations.

Definitely an EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Almost identical to my wife's wedding ring. I paid about $4000 in 1989. Super find!

Awesome Dude! Man you can't beat them athletic fields for Jewelry. Next best thing to the beach.

Thanks all you guys for the comments. The weather this year has helped cancel a lot of games here in Pennsylvania. So things haven't been as good as it normally would. Along with the ring, came a matchbox car and$5.14 in clad.

Super nice ring:thumbup:. The big question....diamonds or C.Z's?

nice ring well done :clapping: I am due if you could see the big pile of tabs and associated aluminium allsorts by the back door they are my motivation to keep going not going to let a pulltab kick my butt

Congrats that is king of the rings for sure. I hope it appraises for enough to pay for all your metal detecting equipment!

Couldn't have happened to a nicer guy!

Updating on ring appraisal. Jeweler checked it out. Said the Gold was worth $85 scrap. Than said he would pay me $350 for it, if I wanted to sell it. I asked him how much for a sizing and a little repair work? So for $85 my wife gets what would be a $3,500 ring , if it was new.
So cool.

Congratulations. That is really some ring. My highest valued ring was only $2000.00... Your's is really a good find... They are there if you look hard enough for them. And it looks like you really looked hard.....Jack

"mommy, mommy! I hit a home run!"

"not now, Jimmy! Mommy is looking for her ring!"

You deserve it after the major skunk spray those beaches in Florida covered you in.
