I found 2 barber Quarters as soon as I got my SE now all I can find is mercs lately. 1916, 1926, 1936, 1937, 1939. No matter how many times I look at the 1916-Dime it still doesn't have a D on it:angry:. I did find a big sterling Noah's ark also.
 
Keep on, you will come into them again. More you hunt more you find. For the short time Ive been hunting things seem to run in cycles. Im on a wheatie trend now and cant get out of it, wheres the indians?
 
Yes, seems like the mercs are found more than the Roosies. Nice! As a side note, my buddy pulled a very worn 1916? merc, ( it had a mintmark, more like barely the top of the S visible.) He paid $1.25 for it, got it out of the grab bag at the local dealer. Listed it on E-pay and it sold for $26. Crazy! amc
