I'm glad that I got out today an did some MD'ing because it looks like we are going to have about the same amount of snow on my side of the state. Randy is their any way that you could keep that storm on your side of the state. I would be very thankful if you could, LOL

Snowing here right now and sounds like even more on the way for Tuesday and Wednesday.....................could be a longgggg winter!!!

Hawkeye Jim.

I feel for you folks up north, our best time to detect is just starting, from now till about the first of april. I quess that is one of the better things about living in Ms.

Curently 12 degrees here.

I will get to use my machine 1 more time this year. To see if my dad left any more silver in his ceiling.

I'm with bhcarl, snakes and bugs are gone and temps are getting right. Now if we could just have a little less rain. This has been one wet year in Alabama.

5" of SNOW in Virginia this Saturday. It has been a long time sence we had snow in early December. Research time I guess:clsoedeyes: HH TomB

Gee...I might have to put on a sweatshirt here in N.M.

well here in upstate NY it starts about now and if we're real lucky we see green oh about first of May oh I just love it here yea right as soon as the wife retires I don't ever want to see snow again unless it's on TV

It was 40' Celsius (105'F) here today with very low humidity., catastrophic fire warning with a fire only 5 miles away. Having something wet fall from the sky would be a pleasant change. Instead, it's our 11th year of drought. Great for getting out to hunt anytime we want to though.

Hey Digger! Borrow a tip from John Edmonton down in the Garrett section-slip some handwarmers under your environmental cover! Keeps those batteries nice and warm! Put on the snowmobile..er..DETECTING suit and HIT IT! Oh, you may need to stop by the local rental place and pick up a jackhammer though! We have the opposite problem down here in Texas right now! It is a little cold, but it's WET, WET, WET!
