Well almost......its not a good sigh when you check into the motel l walk over to the balcony and the first thing you see is VB Max and low tide Tim plundering the beach in front of your hotel.....they were acting like pirates This was my motel and my beach! .......well I guess it is their beach since they live here LOL...........was hoping they would leave me a morsel but just some clad and o f course some good camaraderie. The wader did really well its alot lighter than swinging that GT. Brought along an omega 8000 to and it worked well in the dry stuff but got a little chattery at the wet sand line. Later spoke to mr bill and he suggested putting the disc at just past iron( I had it at just below nickles) and of course lower the sensitivity which I did. ...I didn't feel to bad about not finding any gold when theses guys cant find it it ain't there....Tried to up load photos but not sure how....they are in the computer but I dont know what to put in for the url.....oh well...Till next time HH

I am continually amazed at how helpful and friendly the folks who hang out here are to each other. You go to a vacation spot, like Florida, and there are people there who are friendly and helpful. In a sense we are competing for that gold ring, but the tone seems to be there's enough for all and treat each other like extended family. jim
