Afternoon hunt today

After sleeping three hours when I got off work this morning I headed out for the afternoon to hunt a local beach. I was using my sov Gt today with the s-12 coil on it. My second target of the day was a nice heavy 14k men's wedding band. Got to love a hunt that starts of like that.

Several hours and lots and lots of lead weights later I got another ring but it was a tiny copper girl's ring. When I got home and sorted out the finds it turned out that I'd gotten a nice silver quarter as well. Tired now but it was worth it.

It's always nice,but not often enough to start a hunt with a ring...puts you ahead of the game,and a smile on your face no matter what else you find...Nice ring and bonus silver!! GL

Nice gold! I never know where you are posting these days I guess it depends on which machine and location.

True John, but I've not done that many hunts lately to post anywhere. Been just way too busy fixing up the flood damage in the basement and getting paperwork etc sorted out before I retire next week. Not been in the water in a lonnnnng time! Darn it.
