A few finds from some after work hunts while I was working out of town last week. 1956D Quarter about a foot deep in sandy soil; 1926D Cent was the oldest legible wheat penny( there was a 191?); 1943D silver nickel; 1988 1000 Peso coin; Patent 1888 "US" button; Patent 1924 "Dickie's Best" button; Winchester 270 WIN shell; 2-crimp-ring lead slug; a Melvin Purvis Junior GMan Corp badge; an Art Deco buckle that broke in two when I dug it up; 2 arcade tokens; assorted brass things I haven't identified yet. This hobby really passes the time when you work out of town.

Very solid hunting! I like the diversity of your finds...bullet, button, foreign, old silver, unusually shaped stuff, and a good clad count to boot!

Yes, that's' the tiny Melvin Purvis badge. It was probably an old Cracker Jack or cereal prize. I'll post a pic of it when I get off work.

Great finds!
