I took out the compadre ito the spot that the hunters park when they go hunting , most of the artifacts are from the petroleum age, 223 dropped , it was coming in loud & clear @ foil the pull tab agave a good signal as well and the dime surprised me that was not discing out even at Zinc penny so i just grabbed the whole chunk o sod and figured i better be care full but it turned out to be a 1973 dime so the hunter drank a can of pop and reached in his pocket for the shells lost one and a dime and went on to hunt , I got 2 gophers within 45 minutes and it was getting hot so I will come back in the morning and pull the traps and do some more Compadre searching who knows he could have lost his 18 k ring to. But all in all 4.00$ and .10cents for that swing on the small hay field

Glad you were able to get out and do a little hunting. - Jimmy

were rats when I first was them, then saw those big claws, hey, those would make good digging buddies......lol

Trapping gophers looks like fun and the pay ain't bad. Too bad they don't make a detector for gophers.
