After 1.75 update

Dears equinox 800 machine owner's .. After 1.75 update and after use it 4 time now the sound not clear same like before only when I use 5 tone patch 25 and before the tone 16 until 20 have a great sound but now its very bad really I hate to hunt with it so anyone have same problem . share your answer with me please and the headphone is well . regards

I purchased an E800 and updated it before using it. In this case I didn't use this detector running on the previous software, but I can understand that if I were ti revert to the old software I would have a difficult time, at least for a little while, to get used to the tone and ID changes on the screen. Maybe it would be like learning the detector from the beginning once more? I wonder if that is what you are experiencing?

All I know is that it takes a long time for everything to "click in" with any metal detector. If now you have to learn all over again, it can be frustrating. The question is, do you have the time and patience to relearn all the new sounds and ID numbers all over again?

Do a factory reset ...... like everyones been saying in about every post...... if you dont like the result you can go back to the old one. That simple. This is a pretty common event..... some always like the old model over the new introduced one. Mostly based on time used. You first decision to upgrade....... whats the benefits vs changes.
