Advise for Whites 4900DL MAX

Hello, I am just getting started with detecting and just purchased a used 4900 DL Max with an 800 coil. I will be utilizing it in dry remote areas of New Mexico for relic hunting in old ghost towns. Is there any advise for utilizing this machine in this environment.

You may want to check out the analog detecting forum .They may have info on this detector.
I run the XLT so can't help you.
