Hi all....I'm a dryland relic guy but a family trip to the Destin Panama City area is coming up and I'm curious as to whether anyone thinks it's worthwhile to drag my detector down there for some beach action, etc.. If so....is there anything in particular I need to know about working in that area ?

Have a good trip. be sure to hit the "baby pool" at the park on the east end. it's an area of water sheltered from the waves, lots of people swim there, very calm water. Ask Ozzie.
