Advantage of extra coils

What advantage do you think you would have with extra coils of 9 inch lf, 9 inch hf, and 9x5 hf coils ?

You do you mean as opposed to the 11 inch LF?

I've used the 9 inch LF and 9x5 HF. The 9 inch is great for separation in trashier areas and coin shooting.

The 9x5 is VERY sensitive, even on the lowest frequency. Every little piece of foil will sound great, so it's really best for low-trash locations, areas you've picked clean before, etc.

I love the HF 9x5. It is one of the best smaller coils I have used. Because you can separate so good with it it makes old places I have been to brand new . You can find a coin right next to iron. It is on my machine all the time. All the different coils have their place. If I lived closer to the beach I would use a 11 inch coil.

What Frequency do you use for coins in iron?
Mine new to me 9.5x5 in the mail can't wait
Big coils for the beach for sure so easy to dig'
But I favor small coils everywhere else except relic hunting in open clean fields
