Adjustable Frequency on the 1350?

heavymetal

New member
I was just browsing on my 2005 catalog and it says for the GTI2500, 1500 and GTP 1350 that the frequency is 7.2kHz, adjustable. I thought it was only at 7.2kHz:huh:

The frequency is adjustable in increments of, like .2-.3khz. If should really be called "freq. shift". This is for hunting around other Garrett detectors or those with a close harmonic freq of the Garrett's. You use the frequency shift feature to move to a new frequency and minimize crosstalk between detectors.
