Adding new coil to remote question!!!

Just wondering when you guys add a new coil to the remote and headphones,
do you guys go outside the house to do it or can it be done indoors with no
interference issues or causing any complications to the unit. I've purchased the 11" coil
to give her a run where I have already ran the 9"coil in one of my IRON infested
sites where I have pulled out some really nice keepers. Before I try to add new
coil to my machine I just wanted to get some input from the more experienced
Deus users before I screw anything up. Always learning something new with
The awesome Deus!!! Boot Camp was very informative and a great step up
in learning about this machine but there is so much to know about the Deus...
You can't grasp it all in a day but you'll learn much about the Deus and settings
you didn't know how to access and might not have ever known about them.
Thanks for listening and I wish all you guys a Great year with the Deus!!!

You can add it in the house initially but make sure its re started before you hunt......It will remember the last coil.

I would do it outside and the larger coil for me doesn't do well in heavy iron it is better in an open field with targets that are spread apart...I don't use it a lot but we have iron and trash on most sites.

I really enjoy this Forum as there are some very knowledgeable people here
with lots of experience w/the Deus. Always an answer here for someone
that has a question or needs a little help to get going with a great machine.
Keep this Forum rolling and again Thanks to all for helping me out.
