Adding a new file to the Etrac emulator

Can someone please tell me in laymans terms how to add TBGO's gold jewelry file to the Etrac emulator? I have tried everything that my limited techno experience has be capable of but with no luck.

You'll need to download/save (don't try to open the file) to the location on your computer where the files are located.
Here is how mine are represented:

Once you save the file, you should see it on the emulator as follows:
