adding a fifth bin for combined

Has any ctx users asked minelab to install a download for a fifth bin for combined mode??,I would love to have that extra bin for a nickel range to set at 10 to 15 with a hi tone...anyone else feel there should be an extra bin for minelab to have for downloading?

Don't waste a bin trying to separate pennies from silver... Try 1-8 low 9-15 mid high, 16-28 mid, 29-50 high..wildherre

The request have been made without a doubt. Still not a single update for quite a while now.

My setup = 1-10 340hz 11-15 810hz 16-28 690hz 29-50 910hz

I setup the same as Ken.. higher for the nickels and a mid for the coppers. Highest for high conductors..

If you look closely, you will see that Ken doesn't have a copper bin, and I agree that the copper bin is a waste, simply because some coppers hit in the silver range. Sooo, why have a bin and tone for copper, when half of them would be a high tone and the other half would be a different tone. IMO, it is much better to use the copper bin for a very narrow nickel bin. My set up is 1-9, 10-15, 16-29, and 30-50. Tones are 1-9 300Hz, 10-15 700 Hz, 16-29 500 Hz, and 30-50 975 Hz.

My mistake.. I have mine setup like you but the copper 16- 39
