ACE 350 is GTI 2500 basically the same with DD coils

I put the 5x10 scorcher coil on the GTI 2500 today, the target id numbers where very steady and not erratic, when the 9.5 image coil is on it those numbers where jumping a lot.
The ACE 350 i own now for over 18 months works the same with GTI 2500 when you got no image coil on the machine, anyone use a 11 inch dd coil on GTI 2500?
 
Hi does the 1500 get a fastter recovery from target to target yhen with the stock coil--or is it like this vidio[video]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jp1Iz-CTUtI[/video] which is very slow
