Ace 350 Blings in the New Year

Bobbie

New member
For you people who question the ability of the Ace 350, this treasure was found at the beach in the SNOW today! Recently got this machine, and I am very pleased with it's ability for target separation and depth. It even likes damp sand without falsing. I previously owned a a Minelab Sov. GT and this has just as much horsepower as the Minelab. I am looking forwarding to getting the AT Pro and putting it against my Excal. This tests positive for 14k but does not have a marking.

Very nice Bobbie! do you remember what it showed up as on the 350?

but it was in the nickle/gold range. I am used to an Excal and going by sound only, so I am just getting to learn a meter reading.

Very nice haul there kiddo. You and that 350 make a great combination and it is a goodie getter. Will be looking forward to your further success and pics. Good luck.

Did you ever think that our ability to auscultate various adventitious chest sounds may crossover to our ability to really pick out good targets using our ears with metal detectors?

I was thinking the palpitations would come from the near stroke-like conditions caused by finding such a great piece of gold.

If I had found all that I'd be dead now; my heart would have just stopped right then and there.

Have a nice day.
