Ace 350 and four days of detecting

Finally, after many many months with a bum shoulder
and a nasty heel spur (had it operated on) I finally
got out. After a period of four days I accumulated $12
in clad, two Roosevelt Silvers 1949 and 1962, a dog
tag, and Eagles medallion 1984, a miniature fork
spoon and knife set(an ear ring) and several Scout
Neckerchief tie sliders.
I found the two silvers on a soccer field at an old high
school. I don't think it had ever been gone over with a
detector. It had been fenced in for thirty years. In the
middle of this week, a construction crew went in to remove
a set of bleachers and re-fence the entire area. They tore
out the old fence and Left the the entire recreation area
open including the foot ball field. The new fence went up
today. No chance of detecting the football field.
Trading in the Ace 250 for the 350 was indeed a good
decision....for me. The clad and the tie sliders all cleaned up
nicely in my rock tumbler from Harbor Freight.
