ace 250

I am thinking of buying a ace 250.Can you manually ground balance or does it come already ground balanced. If you cant manually ground balance does it work good in Georgia soil? Is it a good detector, easy to use, will it go pretty deep? I would mostly use it at old home sites and the local park. I dont want to spend over 300.00. I saw at kellyco you could get a package with a extra coil and some free accessories for around this price. Thanks for your help. Robert

The 250 has a factory set GB. I believe it will work great in your soil. I would pass on the Pro Package and buy the 250 and sniper coil. You will get better use on the old home sites and tot lots. One of the good things about the 250 is the resale value. I have seen them sell at auction between 180 and 200. So there is no risk involved in trying one.

I am a fan of Kellyco, but C l e v e n g e r s has the best price on the 250. = $199
For the hunting you want to do, you need the sniper coil. = $ 59
No sells tax if shipped outside MO.
Comes with free headphones and coin apron.
That was Dec. pricing.

You'll probably never sell it, though.

I just got mine from C l e v e n g e r s last week, ordered on a monday arrived to my door on wed..........2 days!! $199 is still the price includes shipping

Get the Ace 250 and get to :detecting:

There is a positive response for the 4.5 sniper coil and I have to agree.
The sniper makes the machine more versatile with another coil, and the sniper is very affordable, effective, and the pinpointing is centered.
A good asset for trashy areas and working the tot lots near metal.
