ace 250 or

Save a bit more and get an M6.This machine is so simple to operate but performance is up there with the top machines.Much more performance than the ace 250.

ACE 250 or the Teknetics 4000. Have both and both have some very good points. About the same price range too.

I agree with the above responses, especially "SAVE MORE" and get the M-6
You have more coil options for the M6. You can ground balance
the M6; you have to relie on factory preset with the Ace 250. I believe Classic 5id is made especially for
Kelly Co. Thats not a bad thing in itself, but your limited in the number of coils for the machine. Also the
GB is preset. The Ace 250 is a good machine but the Whites M6 is much better. If you can't afford the M6
then by all means the Ace is the way to go in my opinion.

I loved my ACE and found alot but would probably go with the Whites. I would also check with Detector Depot before making the final decision on Kellyco. JMO

if your detecting schools and parks mainly i would go with the 250, cause i have one and love it. but if you want to hit a few older sites like farmhouses, then the whites would probably go a little deeper. but both are good machines...........

Dirtdigginlady. I cannot speak for the Whites M6, I have heard very good things about it, however I have actually used both the brand new Whites Coinmaster and the Whites Prizm 2 in side by side comparison to the Ace 250 with the stock 6 x 9 coil and the Ace 250 blew them both out of the water. I do have a Whites Classic 3 that does search deeper than the Ace but The Ace is much better near salt water. I sold the brand new Whites Coinmaster and the Whites Prizm 2 and upgraded my Ace 250 with the 11 x14 excelerator coil and it is really searching deep now. I had originally wanted an M6 but the Ace 250 presented itself for a low low $100.00 and I took it. Best of luck whatever you decide

man what a great deal on the 250 candcant. i also have a prizm ll and i have to agree the 250 kicked but. prizm not a bad detector but the 250 [no way would i sell mine] is a better detector. And if you hunting in alot of trash the sniper coil makes it even better........

I absolutely love my 250 as well. Trashy areas take some getting used to and dont expect to find many coins deeper than 5 inches, but within those parameters it is fun, fast, accurate & used friendly
