ACE 250 OR ACE350

Question about these 2 detectors. A friend is wanting to get into this hobby, mainly will be coin hunting. Does the 250 disc more high for coins and the 350 disc more lower for iron? He does not want to spend more if the 350 dont benefit coin hunting over the 250. Thanks Tom

If he's hunting coins, I can see little advantage using the 350 vs the 250.
The 350 was tailored more for relic hunting. Also, I believe that the 250
has a wider scale for the coin conductivity range than the 350. Or more
resolution so to speak.. I'm sure others will chime in..
Anyway, the 250 should do just fine for coins.

I'll add that you have to get used to the signals given and using the md is the best way to learn about the target signals and their positions underground.
I had that same question before buying my Ace 250. I'm happy with my purchase and I don't have any beefs about it.
:clapping:

both detectors are great! I highly recommed the AT Pro, Then you dont have to upgrade later. Once you learn the numbers you will never go back

cintitomcat I have both and I prefer the 250 I'll have to go along with NM5K The 250 for coin hunting. best of luck!!
