Ace 250 for relic hunting?

I just ordered a 250 from a local dealer for the sole purpose of CW hut hunting. I plan on finding the huts with another machine and then taking the 250 into the hut for the tight work. Anyone use one for relic hunting yet? If so, how does the machine handle iron trash? It sounds like this little devil just may be what the doctor ordered. Tim
