Accessing saved patterns

I think i know how to "train" the explorer to accept & reject under the advanced learn modes.
but once its saved, how do you begin detecting in the saved mode? accessing s1,2,3, etc, after
the machine is shut off.

to select one of your saved patterns, just hit menu, then select, then clear.. then scroll down the list till you find the S slot you saved it inb and push the button next to it to show a check mark, you can see a preview of what the screen looks like on the screen.. by the way it should reload with the last pattern you were using after turning it back on...Jim
 
I went to the trouble of saving several patterns. I charged the battery overnight and to my suprise the saved patterns were gone when I fired up the detector. I think I will try to put the regular battery pack into unit when I am charging ni-cad batteries.
 
Bud/Peter,
You have to be in ADVANCED mode to access any of the saved patterns (S1 thru S6).
