I talked with the powers that be, and with a little magic our page is now back to normal! Also above the Guv has posted that if we use less smileys in the subject line, and only put them in the post that those with dial up will have less troubles with slow service. He also mentions that we should use one smile instead of 5 of the same in a row. I see that things are better already!

being on cable modem we sometimes forget - or really want to forget - how much a struggle dial up was to us. There are times even cable modem is SLOW.

I am glad the changes have made a positive impact. Sherry shut off her animations on her computer so even the smiley faces that appear don't move.
So the little kissing smileys I posted yesterday in reply to her message she didn't see them kissing anyway.
