...The foot Dr. took x-rays yesterday-turns out I have TWO MORE stress fractures in my right hoof....They are healing ok,though....He asked me"what in the world are ya doin to yourself"?? I told him I know when I did it-LABOR DAY Weekend;went to a neighborhood party at my in-laws-Played 4 games of volley-ball with the teen-agers;then walked a mile back to my in-laws-Half of which was up a 30 degree incline-I put EVERYTHING I had into that walk-My right foot started hurtin;but I ignored the pain;and poured the coal to her-it hasnt stopped hurtin yet...I got a bone scan on Monday to make sure everything is how it should be-AND-GOOD NEWS ON OUR DOG!!It turned out he had 2 abcessed teeth in his mouth which the vet removed;and he is back on the road to recovery-Thanks for the prayers,all!!!...

you are treating yourself like an animal and treating the animal better than you Steve. My wife has one of those facitia or whatever it is called foot problems - from going for a walk on hilly ground - we live 100+ feet above the lake so everything is hilly ground here. I keep telling people exercise isn't good for ya 
Glad to hear that Rocky is doing better and it wasn't something more serious. Now take care of yourself = let the teens play volley ball and you sit back and watch. I know it is hard to admit one is geting old(er).

...Im gonna take it easy until Thanksgiving-Then:that Friday;I am headed up north to some of them beaches in them State Parks that I had so many good finds in;and them hotels up Mackinaw way where all them people were shoe-horned into this summer-All those people out there sunnin themselves on that 1200 foot private beach all them hotels share; ;someone JUST HAD to drop something-I think its safe to say that there wont be anyone out there soakin up the sun then-just one crazy old TH'er swinging.
