A word of encouragement

I have not been active on forum for a while,But wanted to say that God is still Working in My life.last week I was In despair about Being locked into A yaer lease on a drafty house, and very homesick for My Family Farm. Then 2 days ago an old friend came to visit,it was a sad story. He has filed for divorce from his Wife because of comman drug addiction,He went to treatment She did not and there are 4 Children involved. He was very down. When He spoke of Gods Will,it went straight to My heart. He is a new Christian and Needed encouragement,And The Holy Spirit brought back the half remembered verses of encouragement. And all of a sudden I understood,God has Put Me where He wants Me.Fo the last 6 months I have fought and rebelled against His Will,But Praise God The spirit has not been Quenched in Me.But 330 days left on My Lease I am sure That He will Show Me What To do next.

learned what the Lord wanted you to. Good going. Being a Christian is hard sometimes and at 64 years of age, I can tell you the lessons dont end yet :) the Lord is good, Steve in so az

Just remember He has a plan for you and it is good!

needed to be encouraged at a time when he needed it. Divorce is tough to go through and with the drugs added in including the small children it has to be a very terrible trying time for him and your going through your tough time has built your faith to be able to help him.

We are tested and tried and you will make it to be able to move as the Lord leads at the time He allows the moving....so keep the faith for our Savior, Jesus, will never let you down. Now, he may seem to be far away many times, but He's still there, and all you have to do is draw nearer to Him and then He will draw nearer to you! I'm 71, and I'm still going through tests and trials....so live and learn with God's Holy Word by keeping the faith that all things work together for the good to them who love God and that are the called according to His purpose! Romans 8:"28"

I'll be praying for you and the family satan is destroying by drugs and divorce!

God Bless!
Sister Betty
