A Wonderful Find After Being Skunked

I rushed back to a Detected out Park after hearing from a friend that he had been very successful there the Day before

When I arrived I saw another MDer that I had recently met and my friend above was the one who knew us both

We kept detecting and nothing special was being located, I believe the other MDer ended up finding some Wheat's

I noticed the MDer had returned to his car and seemed to be with a small animal

Shortened version is that this Kitten (about 3 to 4 months old) had been under his car for shade and he gave him water
and a small Donut to eat which the Kitten did ravenously

This Kitten was purring and caressing our ankles and for the time I remained at the Park he followed us and waited patiently for retrieval

I ended up taking him home thinking that he would be placed with a friend who is involved in Nine Lives Cat Rescue

He is now part of our Family and his name is Darius

That is one of the best finds I've seen in a long time Eva! Congrats on the new companion! My wife and I have two kitties, both rescues, and both sitting on my lap watching this response!

sorry you did not find anything, I think your "keeper" is great. the name Darius looks to be a fit. I am still on MDing vacation again this week...resting up. I know that park still has more.
the only thing I found this weekend was pink eye from my son.
