Very interesting indeed...We have fields just outside the door I would love to hunt for relics.but,but....And get permission is impossible right now.At least
in my community.A grumpy old man say no even to hunt the small beaches we have.My brother live in the Southern part of Sweden,there is no problem there.It all depends on who is taking care of all the permissions.But I will continue sending the papers until they drown...haha..
Havent a clue what it may be,but an idea.Couild it be attached to a belt or something??

It is a scabbard type tip for a knife sheath dating to the 1100's to 1200's AD. Thanks and HH, Mike
