these finds are from 5 different days of hunting. No single day produced a ton, but for the whole week it looks pretty good..lol
tuesday: only day I wasn't in the fields, went door knocking with BadJim and all I got in over 3 hrs was some clad, wheats, and aluminum president token
thursday: I spent 2.5 hours in the field where I got my penny grand slam this spring, well I think I got it pretty cleaned out, walked away with only a holed 1889 indian
friday: 2 hrs after work...hit a really rough corn field that was a pure mess, high stalks and tons of weed, just over grown, made hunting a real pain. got the WWI (I think) military buttons, 1880 indian, and aluminum token good for 5 cents at the bar, and soap token
saturday: 3 hrs by myself, hit a new to me field that is on 1886 map, dug 9 clad coins from the 60's....disgusting!!!! But I did manage 4 wheats, 2 silver dimes (mercs) and a real cool Red Man watch fob, that made up for digging the clad at a field site..lol
sunday: hunted from 8am till dark in the fields with BadJim and Starky, got a square good for 5 cents at the bar token, 1902 indian, 1864 fatty indian, which I was SUPER, DUPER happy to get. It is one I need for my DUG indian set. I only need 7 more to complete an entire set of DUG indians!!! And even cooler find for me was the nice shape 1865 2 center!!! Great week in my book!
