A Wee Bit of Gold & Silver Today

I was hoping to some real hard hunting today but the darn weather man was right about the forecast and indeed it rained.
But later in the afternoon it did lighten up a bit for a little while so I went to another park in the neighborhood where I seen
a Fisher user few times before plowing through the tot lot. The grass was soaking making my plugs turn into muddy
messes so I decided to hit the tot lot myself. Well needless to say I didn't find one dime, quarter or pre '82 penny. Nothing
but trash, zincers and a real tiny silver key and a teeny weenie 14k gold cross,
The rest of the stuff there was found back on the turf, A few tokens, foreign coins and the usual clad.
As for the rest of you Tesoro users get out there and do some hunting.

Very little slingshot. I usually set it slightly above the foil range when I'm not using aLL metal.

Yup. Fraid so. Each time I first spotted them my heart stopped.
Probably why I'm still so sleepy today.

Years ago, after humming and haaring, I decided to buy a Bandido, as I beleived at that time it was the Tesoro for me ( and I still believe it was). By the time I telephoned out importer, the Bandido had gone off the meter. and the Eldorado was on the scene, so I bought the Eldorado. Keep the Bandido, it is a beaut machine.
