A walk in the playground today

Decided not to make the 75 mile round trip to the beach today and hit a couple of Ina's (AKA Blue Mermaid)school playgrounds.Had a real nice afternoon and a lot of targets. Found one copper ring. Here is a couple pictures of my nut.

DO you detect the wood chip areas at the playgrounds? They are good spots and easy to recover objects but be careful. The wood chips decompose a couple of inches down so it would be wise to wear vinyl or latex gloves.Vinyl ones can be bought in a dollar store.

I don't think the walking liberty pin is anything special. It has no markings and has nothing to attach it to anything. Any how here is a couple of pictures of it for you.
