Me and Pam went down to Beardstown for their first club hunt. So far they have 15 members and lots of friendship. We hauled home a 1922 Peace Dollar, $33.82 in clad, one wheat cent, Treasure Wise Detector Bag, Garrett Headphones and a Garrett Camo Treasure Pouch. We had lots of fun, newspaper person taking pics and many hunts for next year planned. It seamed that a third of the coins found were not planted as seen as dark circles in the pic. I was surprised with the wheat cent at two inches depth. Within 50 feet of the hunt site is where Lincoln wrestled for his Captains rank. The soil was sandy and easy to dig and repair afterwords. It was 117 miles to get there for us but worth it.

Congrats on the goodies Steve, let's enjoy the weekends while we can..............

Glad you two could make it. You did great!!!!! HH, Nancy
