When I was hunting with several club member I was able to find 3 wheats and this awesome 1877 S seated Liberty quarter. These were not planted they ere at an old pounded site we were all hunting.

Was able to meet up with Mike from Chicago before he heads West for the winter. Went back to the same site I got the seated quarter. My take was a 1919 D merc, a 1928 D Buff, 4 wheats, and the steer skull pendant.
Always good to see him, I pray for safe travels for you Mike.

That is one nice looking coin. My favorite coin I ever found is a 1877 cc seated quarter.

My only CC coin is an 1876 Quarter found in an old Park in Indiana. It is in similar shape as this one.
