A Two Center

The field I found my 1793 Liberty Cap Cent and a lot of other interesting items has been turned over by the friendly farmer and within minutes I pulled a two center out of it. Unfortunately moment later the skies opened up and I had to leave for the day...

Niceeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!

Good grab Gary

Thanks Guys!

Great find. Get your rain gear ready for the next time.

It wasn't the rain so much as the lightening that was a bit too close for comfort! So close that I was seeing the flash all around me while detecting.

Nice save there! I think the two centers are one of the neatest finds! Congrats on that one Gary

What do those ring up as? I put a two center and thrime to the top of my goal list. Very nice coin.

Nice 2-center Gary!

I've dug several, they always hit like a wheat cent for me Lester

Thanks Guys!

This is the sort of field that I don't really pay a whole lot of attention to the numbers since practically every halfway decent signal (audio) is something you want to dig up since it is going to be old.
I can tell you that it sounded great, The spreadsheet in the resource center says that it should have been in the 11 to 12 / 39 to 42 range

Nice find GK. Have you checked the book on it? Does it have the large or small moto? I recently found one as well. Mine is the more common one. Forget which is the rare one. Mine rang up like a wheat cent 12-38 and was maybe 6".
