A Tornado in Knoxville? Brian's TV debut was today.

The show lasted about 15 minutes. While it was airing live a videographer from The Powell Church stopped by to film us for their church service this Sunday. It can be seen on their web site this coming Monday. www.powellchurch.com

The church is the one that built the deck for Brian and they are also having a pancake breakfast fundraiser for Brian Saturday morning June 2nd. I had planned on coming to the forum hunt but thay asked if we could be there for the fundraiser.

Last Saturday Brian's school had a pancake breakfast fundraiser for his medical bills and we were able to pay off almost all of our bills from the December surgery. We have really been blessed lately by our community with gifts and prayers.

I actually took Brian's new Garrett Ace 250 (Thanks Mike) for a quick spin in the backyard and found a 194? wheatie. I reached into my pocket a minute ago to retrieve it and clean it and it wasn't there!! Lost again!! Oh, well...easy come...easy go.

...I found the wayward penny and it was 1945! That Ace is a pretty darn good detector for the money. Brian is trying to walk again and I hope to take him to the park soon. He can swing and I can dig.

Good to hear from you guys. Always wonder how you are all getting along and I know God is watching over you all there. That alone allows me to rest easy.

BTW Sherry is much much better...almost 'normal'. So glad she is.

Awesome...I'm glad Sherry is doing better!! You got her out hunting in the water with you yet?

Lately I've been itching real bad to go digging but just can't find the time or place to go. Plus, we're over 8"s under our normal rainfall amounts this year and the ground is like concrete.

Brian is doing good and we're just busy with work and such.
