A tiny silver ring...

This was found at a park next to a curb that I spent a lot of time at last year because there are many trees lined up close together along the front edge of this park and it was nice to hunt in the shade during that long, hot, dry summer we had last year.

I hit this site and this area where I found this ring with 2 different detectors, several coils and from different directions and found a bunch of great targets along the way...but still missed this tiny thing.
This time I came back with my Vaquero and my new sniper coil, (loving this coil!), and it rang out loud and clear.
Kind of a surprise...I thought I was going to be digging a copper penny or a dime.

This is exactly why I don't believe any site can ever be completely hunted out.

That is tiny. I found a very tiny gold band with a small diamond. I thought that I could put it in my treasure chest. I was wrong. It fit my wife just right. It was a size 3. I never get to keep the good ones... KEN

I see your tiny ring and raise you a smaller one =)
It's on the tip of my pinky finger and I agree with you, it's almost impossible to hunt out a place ;)
